Our promise
We’re in the business of making days better. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Flowers & fresh gifts
• Because flowers are perishable, we can’t accept returns once they’ve been delivered.
• Every bouquet is unique (that’s part of their charm) — but they should still arrive fresh, happy, and looking great.
• If your flowers don’t arrive in good condition, let us know within 48 hours with your order number and a quick photo.
• If there’s a genuine quality issue, we’ll replace, refund, or credit you — whichever feels fairest.
Changed your mind?
• Once your order is on its way, it’s too late to cancel (we can’t rehome flowers made just for you).
• If you need to cancel an advance order, let us know at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.
Delivery hiccups
• Please double-check your delivery details when ordering.
• If the address is wrong, we’ll try to redeliver — but extra fees may apply, and we can’t guarantee the same bouquet if stems are no longer fresh.
• If your recipient isn’t home and we can’t find a safe spot, we’ll arrange re-delivery (extra fees may apply).
Non-perishable items
• Candles, teas, and other gifts can be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition.
