By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on our site.
1. Prices & Payment
• You agree to pay for all products and services you order.
• Prices shown exclude delivery.
• Prices are in GBP (£).
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods shown at checkout.
• Payment must clear before your order is confirmed.
2. Ordering
• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase.
• We may accept or reject your order for reasons including stock availability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing/description.
• Orders are for personal use only unless agreed in writing.
• You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details.
3. Delivery
• We offer next-day delivery across London (order by 2pm) and nominated-day delivery to other eligible areas.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
• Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will follow delivery instructions (safe place, neighbour, etc). Redelivery fees may apply.
4. Substitutions & Seasonal Availability
• Flowers are seasonal, and substitutions may be made with equal or greater value to maintain style and quality.
5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
• Flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and order number.
• Cancellations of advance orders must be made at least 24 hours before dispatch.
• Refunds are issued in line with UK consumer law.
6. Liability
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. profits, goodwill, missed occasions).
• Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual Property
• All text, images, and designs on our site are owned by or licensed to Feel Drop Co. You may not copy or use them without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
