Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note that all our slots are full for delivery on the 13th and 14th of February so there is pick up only option available on those days. Thank you for your understanding. 

Where we deliver
• We currently deliver to all London postcodes.
• Next-day and nominated-day delivery are available.
• Same-day delivery may be possible for special requests — message us and we’ll try to make it happen.
How it works
• Next-day delivery: Order by 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat).
• Nominated-day delivery: Pick your date at checkout.
• No Sunday deliveries (yet) — Monday to Saturday only.
Delivery cost
• £5.95 flat rate per order.
• Free delivery on orders over £60.
Delivery partner
• We use trusted local couriers to keep your bouquet fresh and fabulous.
Need-to-know
• You’ll get tracking updates when your order is out for delivery.
• Exact delivery times can’t be guaranteed, but we always aim for smooth and timely arrivals.
• Sending to a workplace? Please make sure it’s open and able to accept deliveries that day.
